Terry and Brittany’s Ashville, North Carolina elopement is something they’ve been dreaming of for quite some time! As you can see, they were finally able to make it happen! This elopement was so intimate and unique to them and their love and I’m so happy for them! Terry and Brittany moved to North Carolina in 2021, but soon after had to move to Kentucky because of a job. However, they knew they wanted to come back to have their North Carolina elopement!
I actually went to high school with both Terry and Brittany even though they went to two separate high schools. I went to vocational school for my junior and senior years where I met Terry. His class was next to mine! I went to high school with Brittany too who was a year or two below me! We lived in a small town so it felt like we all pretty much grew up together!
Brittany & Terry’s Intimate North Carolina Elopement
With that being said, their asking me to capture their elopement was very special to me! They had their North Carolina elopement at the small cabin that they were staying at, got ready there together, and then walked the gorgeous wooded property for some photos! They even had their first dance out in the woods together and it was the sweetest thing. Brittany wanted to incorporate a jean jacket that says “We Eloped” for their elopement announcement which was so cool!
I love how instead of a cake, they incorporated a cookie instead! We got some sweet pictures of them being playful and eating together! We then walked around several different locations on the property and got some gorgeous photos alongside the nearby waterfall, and also at the top of the mountain for some insane views! The mountain views ended this special day perfectly for them!
